Do you understand Canada's cannabis possession limits?
Across Canada, one can purchase, or carry, up to 30 grams of dried cannabis. While most people can easily understand this limit, many face a challenge when understanding how to combine multiple cannabis products. For instance, how many grams of dried cannabis can you purchase if you also plan to buy edibles and drinkables?
We’ve created a possession calculator that will help you better understand how much product you are able to purchase (or have on you) at one time.
Test your knowledge!
We are currently conducting a Canada-wide campaign to better grasp Canadians’ understanding of recreational possession limits and what knowledge gaps still exist.
